Headache is a very frequent state that people experience numerous times in their lives. The ache in the head and face is the most common symptom of headache. This pain can be reverberating, continuous and tedious sometimes. The most common pain condition in the world is a headache. Up to seventy-five people of adults worldwide had a headache last year. The major cause of absenteeism from work and school is a headache. Categories of headache: Headaches are categorized as primary and secondary headaches.


1. Primary headaches:


Primary headaches are those that aren’t without any other medical reason. The categories of primary headaches include: • Cluster Headaches • Migraine • Tension Headache • Migraine with aura


2. Secondary headaches:


Secondary headaches are related to medical conditions. Some medical reasons may lead to secondary headaches. The medical issues that can cause secondary headache are as follows: • Diseases and disorders that affect the blood supply to the brain and blood vessels • Injury of head • High blood pressure • Infections • Overdose of medicines • Sinus congestion • Heartache • Tumour


Causes of Headache and High Fever:


In some circumstances, bad headaches and fever can be a consequence of blows to the head or, scarcely, a symptom of a severe medical problem. Tension, Emotional stress and melancholy, and the use of alcohol and drug addiction skipping meals, modifications in sleep patterns, and consuming several medicines. Some more causes include back or neck strain due to poor posture. COVID-19 can also be the cause of headaches.


What could be the cause of daily headaches

Daily headaches can be caused by lifestyle or environmental factors such as stress, changes in weather, caffeine use, or lack of sleep.

FEVER When the body temperature becomes higher than normal temperature, then a person has a fever. Normal temperature varies from person to person, but most commonly, it is 98.6 °F (37 °C). Fever is not a disease. It is a sign that one's body is fighting an illness or some infection.

Types of fever based on their duration are: • Acute fever (It may last for a week and maybe cause by malaria, or it can be viral) • Subacute fever (It usually lasts for two weeks and can be caused by typhoid, etc.) • Chronic (It may last for more than two weeks and maybe a sign of tuberculosis)




Types of fever based on the increase in temperature may are: • Mild fever (100.5–102.2 °F) • Moderate fever (102.2–104.0 °F) • High fever (104.1–106.0 °F) • Hyperpyrexia (greater than 106.0 °F)




• Treatment of mild fever: A mild fever may be a response of the immune system against bacteria or viruses. It helps to fight against bacteria and viruses. A mild fever usually does not cause discomfort and itself does not need to be treated. A mild fever can be healed by taking rest and sleeping. Keeping yourself hydrated and cool with lightweight clothing can be very helpful in lowering the fever.


• Treatment of high fever:

High fever can make a person uncomfortable and cause fever as an illness, not a disease. So, in case of high fever, first, the fever's cause needs to be identified. So, one should consult a doctor and at upon the doctor's advice. For the treatment of high fever, doctors may recommend medicines. If a person is sweating a lot and experiences dehydration, then one should drink plenty of water and drinks. • TREATMENT OF CAUSE: Fever is a symptom, not a disease. So, it is necessary to treat the cause of fever. A doctor can diagnose the cause of fever. To diagnose the illness doctor may recommend some tests that can be a blood test, a urine test, imaging testing, etc.




• Home remedies for fever are:

• Take a bath of lukewarm water

• Wear light clothes

• Stay cool

• Drink plenty of water

• Take rest

• Sleeping



One can prevent bad headaches and high fever by adopting a healthy lifestyle. Washing hands after a short interval of time, staying away from unwell people. One can prevent fever by following the steps for reducing the threat of infection. Fever is not a disease. It is an illness and can be a symptom of other diseases. One should consult a doctor because fever may be a symptom of some serious illness. The doctor may recommend some tests and medicines that can help in the treatment of fever. A mild fever may not necessarily need to be treated. It can be healed using mild medicines and remedies.
