Create a free account, go to Find a doctor, choose a speciality and a verified doctor, then start a chat. You can pay per chat (24 hours) or choose a monthly package.

Doctors are listed only after our admin team has verified their licence. Look for the green tick next to their name.

Prices depend on your country and the package you choose. They are shown in your local currency before you pay. Visit the Health Packages page for bundles.

In Uganda you can pay by MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. In other countries you pay by bank or mobile transfer using a payment reference; access activates when payment is confirmed.

Prescription-only items are traded only between verified, licensed businesses. Patients can order over-the-counter products from pharmacies.

Yes. Only you and the people you permit can see your records. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Read our Privacy page for details.
